Brief Answer:
Muscle trigger points
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It could be shoulder girdle pain. Need to check if there are muscle trigger points to ascertain the cause of the pain.
All the areas you were complaining were innervated by a lot of nerves that crisscross.
So necessarily need a proper evaluation. Such chronic and non-traumatic shoulder pain have different treatment regimens consist primarily of including anti-inflammatory medications (Ibuprofen, Naproxen), or muscle strengthening exercises. Fibromyalgia, Polymyalgia Rheumatica, Hypothyroidism all have similar complaints.
These are slightly tricky to diagnose hence need a specialist examination.
Hope I have answered your query.
