Is Sleeping After Physical Activity Advisable?
So I want to know is it adviceable to sleep after morning walk , does it harm to your body ? or it is good to sleep.
Body relaxation/ cooling down is desired after any exercise.

Thanks for the query. I have read your query.. & understand your concern.
Actually there is no contraindication for sleep after you had a walk.
- If you are having a very brisk walk with an aim to loose weight.. this sleep will help you shedding weight. .. as while you walk briskly, the body metabolism& Body can burn fat faster while in sleep,
- If you walk with moderate pace .. the exercise induces sleep .. which helps you to be relaxed, energetic & fresh after a short nap.
- Exercise helps better quality of sleep/ it also is beneficial for mental health/ working capacity.
So in my view, it does not harm your health if you sleep for a while after your morning walk...actually after any exercise, body relaxation & cooling down is desired. It is good if you can attain it by just lying down with relaxed body. But if you go to sleep while doing so.. never mind.
