Brief Answer:
No...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

esomeprazole magnesium has been tested in several clinical trials and no such side-effect has been reported. This doesn't mean that it may not happen to you but other causes (like benign prostatic hyperplasia) have to be exluded first before the drug can be blamed. You can also do a little test yourself to see what happens. Stop the generic esomeprazole magnesium and take nexium (which is esomeprazole magnesium as well) for a few days. If the symptoms disappear, you can try the generic again. If the symptoms appear again, then you can blame it with more confidence!

Kind Regards!
