Thanks doctor. Do i continue giving the b complex syrup ? Are there any other supplements i need to give on a regular basis for general health qnd immunity ?

You can start giving B complex.
I will also advise you take Ketoconazole shampoo for bath. Apply this over scalp, face and neck leave it for five minutes and wash. This will control seborrhea.
