Is Soreness Behind The Ear Post Head Injury A Cause For Concern?

- i hit my head quite hard today. Banged a door into the side/back of my head.
I am extremely sore behind/a bit over the ear, very tender to touch and when i move my eyebrows it hurts alot. No other symptoms. Is there a muscle or tendon there?
Second and the main question.
Background info - semi pro cyclist. 23 years old.
I have been battleling with a virus on the balance nerve, or they think its that. 4 out of my 5 balance organs itsent workning.
Had all test there is, MRIlumbar punture blood tests and so on.
Only thing they found was a white dot/space on left balance nerve, they thought it was a tumor. But had the scan looked at by some more qualified specialist who are sure its not a tumor but some kind of inflamation.
Its a mystery to the doctors i have been with, they dont know whats caused it, only thing they can say is its VERY rare both balance organs are not working, and all tests shows that. Besides MRI scan which only shows something on the left.
Genneraly i have had a lot of problems the last couple of years, infection wise. So im starting to wonder if there could be a connection.
Last 1,5 year i have had a pnenomia, an incidence of peracaditis and now this inflamation on the balance nerve.
Im known with asthma, and was in period of 12-16 weeks treated with Azytrhomyzin, because aparrently research shows it works on some kind of special asthma. And also helps the immune system supposely.
When i was taking it, i did not experince any infection at all. Phenomina and peracaditis was before. No i havent taken it for 3
Months and devolped this thing on the balance nerve.
Is this all just very back luck and a coincidence. Or could there be something going which can cause all of those problems? And that azythromozin helps with.
I have ofcourse been tested for various immune system disorders, and again everything looks normal.
Any thoughts?
Very frustrating.
Best wishes XXXXX
