I read your question and i understand your concern. I believe you mean aortic sinuses aneurysms and the indication for operation of the aneurysms is the diameter of the sinus. If its 4.5 to 5 cm or more then definitely it needs surgery . Any size less than that needs supportive care, observation and frequent monitoring and control of blood pressure and other vital parameters.
