Brief Answer:
If you do not have severe pain or fever can wait .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .
Based on the facts that you have a stone of a size of 7 mm impacted in intramural part of the ureter and your blood count has revealed WBC count to be slightly raised to 12600.

If you have no fever or vomiting and the stone being very close to the ureteric orifice you can expect it to pass out spontaneously and defer surgery for time being .
I would suggest you take following treatment to help to pass out the stone
1)Drink more water .
2)Take Tomsulosin once daily
3) Antibiotics like Ciprofloxacin twice daily .
4) Tab Drotaverine twice daily .

This should work for you to help the stone to pass out .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.
