Better it to go for surgery

Hello,
Pancreatic lesion with significant weight loss needs detailed evaluation as it can be a sign of conditions like pancreatic cancer. Do an MRCP and consult a Gastro surgeon. It is better to go for surgery rather than follow up.
Wishing you good health.
