Brief Answer:
Sarcoma Right thigh
Detailed Answer:
Dear,
Since it is high grade sarcoma, we have to know that there is no spread beyond thigh as this type of tumor is likely to spread to the lung. If yes which can be known by PET scan, then surgery will have limited role. More so you have high morbidity factors Surgery may have limited role. If the tumor is very localised and lesion is small surgery is preferred otherwise alternate treatment like Radiation therapy and chemo should be considered. Overall result will not be favourable.
Thanks for your query.

Brief Answer:
Sarcoma Rt.thigh
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
L V disfunction should not be problem for anaesthetist as it can be done under spinal anaesthesia. Since pet scan shows it is a localised tumor the surgery would be better option followed by radiation if need be.
As such sarcomas are not very sensitive to Radio or chemo so for this localised tumor surgery will be a very good option.
