Is Surgery The Only Option Of Treatment When I Am On Imatinib For CML And Have Spinal Cord Edema?
Question: I am a patient of CML for last 5 years and taking Imatinib 400. For last 2 months I am having pain in neck which become worse while sleeping.. My doctor advised MRI which shows cord edema. He has prescribed PDOB NT nd Lycoyat twice for 30 days and one painkiller Indocab SR for10 days. .But when I stopped painkiller again symptoms reverses. Please advise when to stop painkillers and if surgury is only solution. Except pain there is nonumbness in limbs
