Question: Yes, good morning. I have one thigh slightly larger than the other. There is a dull aching pain which started last night. I just got off an airplane last Friday which was approx 2 1/2 hours. Could this be DVT?

It is less likely to be related to the air travel or DVT. You can self monitor it and in case the swelling increases or there is a considerable pain or bluish discoloration then consider consulting your physician for an examination.
