Brief Answer:
Both HIV1&2 ruled out. symptoms not related to HIV

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query
You had a protective vaginal exposure and an unprotected oral sex. Oral sex carries a low risk for HIV/STD.
Your tests done at 12 weeks and after 12 weeks were repeatedly non reactive. They were very much conclusive. Both HIV 1 and 2 were ruled out.

Lymph node enlargement may be due to a lot of reasons. A needle aspiration or a biopsy may confirm the possibility. Definitely it could not be related to HIV as your tests were nonreactive repeatedly. With regards your problem, you follow the advice of your physician.

Brief Answer:
No more test needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.

You don't need any more tests for HIV unless you are on some immunosuppressive drugs like steroids during the window period. Window period for HIV is 8- 12 weeks only and not more than that.
