Brief Answer:
You can breast feed the baby
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
Evion is Vitamin E, which is used mostly used as a health supplement.
Evion in dose of 400mg per day is not harmful for the breast feeding babies.
The vitamin is known to be excreted in the milk.
I think your child is grown up enough for total weaning, because children by this age take breast feeds for taste rather than for nutrition and land up refusing food or eat half heartedly and fail to thrive at times.
I hope the advise will be helpful for you.

Brief Answer:
Better start topical treatment
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Vitamin A, C and E are reasonably safe during breast feeding. There are many good brands from many pharma companies like Cipla, Sun, Aristo, Ranbaxy etc.
You can choose as per the local availability.
There are many topical application preparations which are advised for this purpose, you can get that prescribed by a local dermatologist after he knows the extent of your skin problem.
I hope the advise will be helpful for you.
