Brief Answer:
Your Testosterone though marginally low can be considered to be normal .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for for query

Based on the level s your Testosterone that you have been reported to have .I would rather considered them to be normal for your age .

As the age advances there is a decrease of 1% of Testosterone for every year .In absence of any symptoms caused any low levels I personally do not advocate taking Exogenous Testosterone .

Taking exogenous Testosterone at this age has disadvantage of developing Prostate Cancer as cancer of prostate is highly dependent on Testosterone level in blood .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
