Is The ELISA 3rd Generation Test Result Conclusive At 3 Months Post Exposure?

Question: Hello sir I had unprotected oral sex around ten mins sir.and I done Elisa 3rd generation test after 3 months index value is 0.4 less than 1 so negative .and I done tridot test it was negative and vdlr is negative.so I trust the results or not and no further test not required pls help me I didn't concentrate anything..pls advice and my testicles appear s red color so iam worried pls give advice

The risk of transmission of HIV is very less as compared to vaginal and anal sex and all your test results are negative so you need not to worry much.

As you have not mentioned the timing when you gone through the above tests it is difficult to comment whether repeat testing is needed or not.

You can go for repeat testing for HIV after 15 days with 4th generation test to be completely sure about your status. Be relaxed and hope for the best as the risk is very low in your case.

I done those test after 100 days after sex there is no need for further tesrl and my testies are red sir so am worried pls give advice
