Brief Answer:
You are free from HIV 1 and 2 infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
All the tests available for HIV are highly reliable to the extent of 97-98%. Tests done after 12 weeks are very much conclusive. You had HIV ELISA twice after 90 days and they were nonreactive. It means that you are free from HIV 1 and 2 infection. No further test for HIV is necessary for you.

Thanks for your response Doctor. Why am having skin rashes on my back Is it because of heat ? I dont need to worry about HIV right ? But in the internet it is saying that 6 month test is conclusive. Please provide me your input.

The test which I taken is HIV ELISA test . I think that have taken standard test. Test at 147 th day after my exposure is conclusive or do I need to wait for another 1 month to take the test ? Pls guide me . If possible of test result change after 147th day ?

Brief Answer:
Your skin rashes are not related to HIV infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
ELISA test is a standard and reliable test for HIV. In normal individuals window period of HIV is not more than 12 weeks. Those who were on PEP, or taking immunosuppressive drugs like steroids may be likely to have the window period extended more than 90 days up to 180 days. So you need not worry about that. You are free from HIV 1 and 2 infection.
Your skin rashes are not related to HIV. Follow the advice of your Dermatologist for the skin rashes and get well soon.

HIV antibody tests after 90 days is very much conclusive. You this test twice 90 days after the exposure. So it can be taken as 100% reliable.
Burning sensation of stomach, nausea, mouth ulcer and skin rashes are common to anybody without HIV and they are very common complaints even before the AIDS era. You need no further test for HIV. Your symptoms are not related to HIV. Consult a physician and get well soon.
