Is The " HIV 1 RNA , QL TMA" Test

Question: Is the "HIV 1 RNA, QL TMA" test reliable?
I have been paranoid for MONTHS that I may have caught HIV (I had unprotected sex with three women in a 5 month span). I began to experience post nasal drip and clogged nostrils consistently for the entire 2018. And the excess mucus has led to chest infections four times so far since 2018, meaning four different times I had to go on anti-biotics. So I decided to do the entire ten panel test on stdcheck.com inclusive of the HIV RNA Early Detection. In the results it says under "HIV 1 RNA, QL TMA" that it is not detected. However when I search online it says that this test can't be used independently, Anyhow, can I trust this result of negative to mean that I definitely don't have HIV? Or do I have to live in some more paranoia?

Brief Answer:
You do not have HIV
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
HIV RNA PCR is gold standard test. This test result if negative, then is definitive that you do not have HIV.
Relax, do no more testing.
If you have got tests for other STDs like HSV, Hepatitis and Syphilis - please share the report here.
I shall have a look and opine.

HIV-1 RNA is not detected. No laboratory evidence of
HIV infection.
The HIV-1 RNA qualitative TMA assay is recommended for
use as part of a multi-test HIV-1/HIV-2 screening and
diagnostic algorithm. This assay can also be used to
resolve indeterminate HIV-1 antibody assay results, and
to test for HIV-1 infection in patients less than
2 years old.
When a 4th generation HIV multi-test screening and
diagnostic algorithm is used: If the test results
include a repeatedly reactive HIV-1/2 Antigen/Antibody
(4th generation) screen, followed by negative
confirmatory tests for HIV-1 and 2 antibodies and HIV-1
RNA by TMA, the most likely interpretation is a
non-specific ("biological false positive") reaction
in the 4th generation screening assay. There is no
current laboratory evidence of HIV infection. Repeat
testing on a second specimen is not generally
indicated, but may be appropriate if there are known
risk factors for recent HIV exposure. If recent HIV-2
infection is suspected, additional testing by
HIV-2 DNA/RNA, Qualitative, Real-Time PCR should also
be considered (test code 34977{X}).
