Brief Answer:
You are safe and there is no need for any further testing

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have taken note of your query and I have understood it.

Screening for HIV is usually done earliest at 4 weeks.
Most of the infected individuals have detectable antibodies at 4 weeks, however, a very few may not have detectable antibodies at 4 weeks and almost all have them at 12 weeks.
Therefore 12 weeks test is taken as conclusive and reliable in most situations.

Since you have tested negative for HIV antibodies at 12 weeks therefore it is conclusive that you are HIV negative and require no further testing.

Your earlier screening tests for HIV antibodies at 60th day and 77th day were also fairly suggestive of your negative HIV status, considering the fact that most of infected individuals have detectable antibodies by 4 weeks.
However, 12 weeks testing is taken to be conclusive, as mentioned above.

Brief Answer:
Twelve weeks testing is good enough.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Cold and dry cough could be a normal flu and is not at all suggestive of HIV.

The window period for detection of HIV by antibody based tests is 12 weeks therefore a negative test at 12 weeks is taken as conclusive

Six months testing may be considered in few of those special circumstances Or in patients who are immunosuppressed e.g those on immunosuppressive treatment for some unrelated condition like those on Oral steroids Or Organ transplant recipients Or those who have certain immunological disorders.

Circulating anti-HIV antibodies may take longer time to develop in these specific circumstances and not otherwise as a routine.

Brief Answer:
No further testing is required

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

No. You actually don't require any further testing. Stress/ tension would not affect test result.

Anything other than a condom is not considered to be an effective protection.
