Question: Is the "gastric lumen" the same as the "stomach lumen?" Would a pH of 2-3 just before I eat be considered normal?

Stomach and gastric lumen means the same thing. Normal ph of the stomach is between 1.5 to 3.5. It is highly acidic because of the gastric juices secreted in the stomach.
