Brief Answer:
Its abnormal

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Its Sinus rhythm with Ventricular ectopics, Left ventricular hypertrophy and ST elevation in v1-2.
So there are abnormalities in the ecg. There is a possibility of Anteroseptal myocardial infarction (if patient is symptomatic) and needs further evaluation and echo.
So patient should undergo echo and if shows abnormalities then may require an angiography.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any more doubts.
