Brief Answer:
Lorazepam is a preferred medication in your case.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Musical ear syndrome is a very complex diagnosis.

The factors that may cause this diagnosis are very different.

The treatment also depends on the current condition of the patient.

So, based on the information provided, I would suggest taking benzodiasepines, such as Lorazepam to treat MES.

It will also help with insomnia and tinnitus.

It is a prescribed medication, so you should consult doctor before using it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further
