Brief Answer:
Please see the detailed answer below.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

PCOS patients may experience lower abdominal pain, sacral pain, or low back pain. Low back pain due to ovarian cyst might be a dull pain and it is more often experienced around your period. Stretching exercises or OTC medication Paracetamol/Ibuprofen might help in relieving the pain.

But if your pain is sudden and severe and associated with any other symptoms vomiting/nausea, any weakness or tingling of lower limb or if the pain is persisting it is better to visit your doctor.

Hope my answer helped you. Thanks.

Regards,
Dr. Saisudha
