Hi,

Sexual health is an important part of our well being and must not be if ignored. In fact there are a lot of drugs and creams claimed to work for this but to be very honest they are all not evidence based and their safety is not assured. Medically no such cream are recommended. I am saying this because we care for your health and safety.

This does not mean we should if more this or there is no treatment such problems are pretty common and managed pretty well. I would advise you should consult a specialist doctor (sexologist) in this regard, he would assess you in more details, and if you have any such problems, there are effective ways to help such problems. These may include drugs or devices that can help you and that are evidence based and safe methods.

So I would like you should not be taking it light when it comes to your health, Hopes your specialist doctor would find a food solution to your problem.

Hopes I have answered your question. I will be glad to answer any further question about this.

Regards,
Dr. Rahman

Hi,

If you have issue with your erection, medically there are drugs that can be used. These include sildenafil (the famous Viagra ) and other drugs of the same group. These work pretty well. However, they can cause a headache, and can also cause Low BP though not mostly. It should specially be avoided if some one is using drugs for angina specially nitrates.
These drugs are approved for this problem. Your general physician can also prescribe this for you.

If you still don't want to take tablets, there are vacume applied locally devices that can also be very helpful and effective but little inconvenience .

The above two are recommended treatments and used internationally. You can select either one.

Vitaros is a cream formulation of alprostadil that has mixed results and is available in Canada and Europe.

discuss this all with your doctor.

Hopes it's clear now. Please do not hesitate to ask more if you need to know.
