Is There A Permanent Cure For Frequent Recurrence Of Worsening Hemorrhoids?

Question: Patient is my 32 year old sister she lives in USA. Grade 3 hemorrhoids diagnosed by Gastroenterologist. She had hemorrhoids since she was 25, but in past 1 year they are troubling her more as the biggest one keeps on popping out every 15 days or so. Also she got hemorrhoidal banding done on 3 of them thatâs how many her doctor said she had. After the procedure, even now the biggest one pops out every morning while passing stools like before which she pushes back in after using an ointment named PREPARATION H, and hasnât reduced after 2 months of the procedure.

Based on the facts that you have posted your sister seem to have Prolapsed Third degree hemorrhoid.

In view of it being recurring again even after banding I would advise her to get operated and excise the prolapsed pile ,

This will resolve her problem permanently.

we dont want to go for any surgery. can u recommend any other treatment available in XXXXXXX so that her piles dont come back and also hurts less and she can recover faster like in a day or 2

can she go for stapling or laser treatment. are they effective for category 3 hemorrhoids. please sir suggest any other treatment then the surgery. please
