Brief Answer:
third trimester pregnancy and pubic pain

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query,
Its good to learn that you have crossed 36 weeks of pregnancy, however you have not attached your latest ultrasound report to establish the lie and weight of the foetus. However, the pubic pain is often seen when the weight of the foetus exerts pressure over the maternal pelvis and the stomach heaviness is common during this period as one needs to decrease the amount of oral food during the day and instead of eating 3 times a day, she must divide her meals for the day into 6 times. So eat less every 4 holy which would help you decrease stomach bloating.
Also , for helping you sleep , there are pregnancy sleeping pillows available in the market which helps support the pregnant abdomen especially while sleeping. Its a long C-SHAPED pillow.
The pubic pain is also seen in cases of osteitis pubis which is often due to calcium deficiency and d3 deficiency, so please share your serum calcium and fit d3 levels reports. Continue your antenatals religiously.

I hope this helps,
Regards
