Is There A Valid Way To Increase The Elimination Of Valium From My Body?
Question: I just started Valium and noticed I get shakes and feel unstable. It was worse when I took it twice a day. The effects are almost gone but is there a valid way to increase the elimination of the remaining Valium in my body? I have read on the internet that aspirin and St John’s Wort will do that, but who can trust everything on the internet? One web site said DO NOT mix St John’s Wort w Valium but I believe that was because it reduced the efficacy of the Valium. Anyway, is there a way to speed up getting this medicin out of my system? It seems that most people ask this question because of an upcoming drug test. That’s not it, I just can’t stand the side affect of the mild shakes and unstable feelings.
Brief Answer:
Unfortunately, no.
Detailed Answer:
Dear sir,
I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but unfortunately there are many factors that affect Valium elimination but none of them can be modified after taking the medication as it is mainly excreted by the liver and not the kidneys.. however, 50% of your dose is excreted within 43 hours and the effect of the side effect should decrease dramatically by then.
I hope I answered your question.
