Brief Answer:

Radiated pain

Detailed Answer:

Hi

Costochondritis pain usually will be sharp and located on the front chest wall.

It may radiate from the chest area to the back ribs or abdomen to cause back pain or belly pain.

Medicines to reduce inflammation such as ibuprofen or naproxen can be used to treat the pain but since you are having history of ulcers it is better to avoid them.

Apply fentanyl transdermal patch locally to reduce the pain
