Brief Answer:
Pain is always associated with lipodema

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I've gone through your medical history...

Yes, there is always pain associated with Lipodema

In this condition a thickened fold of skin at the base of the second toe or second finger that cannot be gently pinched and lifted called Stemmer's Sign is negative

In Lymphedema Stemmer's Sign is positive. You can consult your local doctor regarding it.

If you have more queries I will be glad to help.

Brief Answer:
Non-pitting edema

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Yes, if you cannot pinch the skin on the second toe then it is most likely Lipedema

This condition is also associated with non-pitting edema meaning when pressure is applied to a small area the indentation will not persist after the release of the pressure.
