Brief Answer:
Very little growth is possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I am Dr Sudhir Kumar, Neurologist, and would try my best to help you.

I have noted the details of your query. I have seen hundreds of patients with meningioma during the past 25 years or so. In many cases, they either do not grow or grow very little. Stoppage of growth is more likely to happen in those meningiomas that get calcified. However, in most cases, there would be a little bit of growth over time.

I have not seen meningiomas getting smaller over time.

I sincerely hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.

Best wishes,
