Is There Any Interaction Between Terbinafine And Colchicine?
Question: Is there any interaction taking these drugs, terbinafine 250 mg,colchicine 06mg, Dexedrine 50mg zylaprime 300 mg, Pms bupropion , Ativan 1 mg, cetirizne20 mg ,,morphine50 mg and colizapan.

Drugs like terbinafine, colchicine , dexedrine, zylaprime, bupropion and cetrizine don't have interactions.
But ativan, morphine and colizapane have interactions. They may together cause marked sedation so the dose may be reduced depending upon your physical findings. They are also known to reduce the excretion of other drugs.
You may discuss with your doctor if you are feeling more sleepy or sedated or confused etc.

Please confirm from your doctor the need for terbinafine because it is an antifungal drug given for fungal skin infection. If fungal skin infection is there it should respond very well.
It is not used for skin cancer. fungal infection and cancers are clinically can be very well differentiated. Skin cancer usually are not missed. skin cancer will have following features
-raised growth
-fast growing
-may have discharge
-nearby lymphnodes may be enlarged.
It should be confirmed by doing biopsy study of edge . And treated if confirmed. Without seeing lesion it is difficult to comment and physical examination and biopsy needed for confirmed diagnosis .
