Hi Thanks for posting the query

Treatment depends on the degree of hemorrhoids. For some complicated cases surgery is only treatment for permanent cure.

It takes 2-3 weeks to recover post surgery.

But again you should take precautions for reducing constipation in further.

Any issues do follow up.
