Even if we consider, that the woman who attended you is reactive for HIV and if they are on regular treatment, their HIV viral load will become nonreactive within 28 to 42 weeks. Once they reached undetected viral load, they are no longer infectious to others.
If she has infection and not on treatment and if you had contact with her vagina or vaginal fluids, then also your risk is negligible when your finger tips had no injury or abrasions or even with the presence of minute cuts.
