Question: I recently got Annual Health check up done, I keep getting Vitamin deficiency in reports from past 3 to 4 years. They deficiency keeps getting worse each year. I am attaching the latest report for reference. Latest report has Vitamin D in the range of 14 ng/mL.

Is there any supplements can I take for Vitamin deficiency. Is there a natural way to boost vitamin in longer duration.

Cap. Drise 60000 IU.

Re check the vitamin D levels if they are still deficient continue for another month. We ca. Then change it to a daily dose along with calcium.
