Brief Answer:
Take buscopan for pain

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I read your query and here is my advice.
I think that the stomach pain on right may be related to gallbladder stones.
Surgery or endoscopy may be the treatment for it.
Taking count that your kidney stones are small you may need to take more fluids in order to flush them out with urination.
Also taking buscopan may help relieve pain.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.
