Is There Any Way To Get These To Go Away?

Question: I am 9 weeks pregnant. At my first ultrasound the following was noted at 6 weeks: 2.4 x 0.6 x 1.3 cm and the following was noted on my ultrasound at 8.5 weeks: There is a subchorionic hematoma adjacent on the right of the gestational sac measuring 2.55 x 1.07 x 2.54 cm and there is a posterior hypoechogenic area measuring .76 x
.84 x .48 cm, most likely representing a small bleed. It appears the bleed grew slightly and also a small second one popped up. Are these bleeds threatening to the pregnancy or could they cause miscarriage? Is this a large or small bleed? What causes these bleeds? I have had no bleeding externally so far. Is there any way to get these to go away?

Brief Answer:
No need to worry about it.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns fully.
Subchorionic hematoma usually occurs due to detachment of chorionic membrane from wall of the uterus.
You have to take proper bed rest and use progesterone to support your pregnancy.
It will resolve by its own with advanced pregnancy.
Ad you are not having any bleeding and baby is fine,no need to worry about it.
Sometime it will resolve in second trimester.
Hope found useful, feel free to ask more information.
Good luck
Regards
