yes you can try sphincter strengthening execise.
For eg,
Sit, stand or lie with your knees slightly apart. Slowly tighten and pull up the sphincter muscles as tightly as you can. Hold tightened for at least five seconds, and then relax for about four seconds. Repeat five times
You should try and do each of these sets of exercises 3 times a day. If you find the exercises are too difficult, try fewer repetitions at first and then build them up. Similarly, if they get too easy, try doing more repetitions.
A session from physiotherapist can be taken initially.
Surgical option is also there but is rarely performed and is not very successful.
Try exercise for minimum of 3 months.
You can also take 2 mg imodium to make stools a bit hard to prevent seapage.
