Is There Anything That Can Help With Fertility ?

I am 45 and have very light but long and spotty periods every 24 to 25 days. I have been trying to get pregnant for 2 years without success. I have had this same menstrual cycle since uterine perforation at the age of 24.
Is there anything that can help with fertility ? My uterine lining doesn't seem to get very thick (not larger than 8). I also am 5'9 and 140 lbs...and get acne and excess hair growth and bad PMS.
Low AMH and Low sperm count causing delay in conception.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
I have seen all the reports in detail. The difficulty in conception in your case is due to many causes. You have a thin endometrium, ovarian complex cyst- maybe hemorrhagic, evidence of pelvic inflammation, low levels of AMH- which show a low ovarian reserve.
Your partner's semen analysis also shows a low count of sperms with 80% sperms immotile. It is best to take the help of an infertility specialist and consider going for assisted reproductive techniques like Artificial insemination or IVF to help you conceive.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Would the D&C results of "disorganized proliferative endometrium without hyperplasia" and combination of thin endometrial lining indicate need for hormonal supplementation to aid in fertility? Would that be progesterone or woukd it be estrogen as well? It seems along with low ovarian reserve that perhaps it would be a inhospitable uterine lining for implantation? Is there a recommended hormonal treatment to aid in implantation/make uterus more receptive to implantation? Husbands supermarket count came up once he stopped taking hot baths.
Thank you kindly!
Progesterone supplements can help.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Disorganised proliferative endometrium cannot be corrected with hormonal supplements. The thin endometrium needs progesterone supplements in the last 10 days of the cycle- after ovulation. Your gynecologist can prescribe you after confirming the ovulation.
Hope this answer is helpful.
Regards.
