Question: Is there any interaction between Androcur and betablocker? Does Androcur make the skin dry?

Regarding your concern, I would explain that androcur does not interact with betablockers. So, it is safe to take these drugs concomitantly.

From the other hand, dry skin is a known adverse effect of androcur.

I recommend discussing with your attending physician on these issues.

You can use a hydrating cream for the skin, if androcur doses can not be lowered.

A dermatologist consult is needed to exclude other possible causes of dry skin and the proper management options.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above issues.
