Brief Answer:
I suggest a few lab tests and modified topical treatment for acne and scars
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
In view of irregular cycles and acne I would suggest you to undergo a few blood tests for hormones e.g serum testosterone, serum DHEAS, serum FSH, 17 OH progesterone levels, serum fasting insulin levels and Ultrasound to look for polycystic ovaries.
You can take these blood tests during 2nd to 5th day of menstural cycle.
I advice you to avoid using anything else on face except medicines for acne i.e you should stop both sunscreen and moisturizer as they can exacerbate acne.
Topically you may use clindamycin gel (clinmiskin gel) during day for active acne. For both acne as well as acne scars, I suggest you to use adapalene gel (Deriva gel) once daily at night, over the whole affected area.
Use a gentle cleanser for face wash e.g cetaphil cleaning lotion, twice daily, before applying medications.
