Is There Permanent Damage That Was Done Is There Permanent Damage That Was Done??

Question: Hi.
My partner and I were recently experimenting with ligature in the bedroom.
He tied a cord around my neck-constricting it so my breathing was very shallow, but not completely cut off-and it was there for about a min. Afterwards, I felt dizzy, disoriented, anxious, restless, and confused. About an hour and a half afterwards, there was a "buzzing" in my head and I got this rush of euphoria. After the initial rush, I felt disassociated . All of the noise around me was louder, and overwhelming. I couldn't concentrate.
Its been three days since, and I'm still in a fog. I can't organize or keep track of the time/what day it is. And this is very unusual for me. Decision making is hard. I feel apathetic.

Is there permanent damage that was done?
Brief Answer:
Permanent damage is unlikely.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
I have noted your clinical details. Stoppage of oxygen supply for one minute is unlikely to cause permanent brain damage. Your current symptoms are related to brain hypoxia (lack of oxygen supply to brain). We expect gradual recovery over time (few days to a couple of weeks).
No specific medicines are needed for this.
