I am 35 years male and attached endoscopy report.

I have completed hpylori treatment after that no endoscopy performed.

I was doing good for sometime.

Now frequent gas leaking and sometimes burning stomach and constipation with soft tools from last 15 days.

I have attached my latest lab results

Brief Answer:
Atrophic gastritis is pre-cancerous.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Endoscopy was done on 26/4/17.
Blood reports are recent and seen all.
Recent history is of 15 day - gas leaking, burning stomach and constipation with soft stool.
This may be due to an intestinal infection.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get stool tests done.
If there is any evidence of an intestinal infection a course of an appropriate antibiotic, Metronidazole and probiotics should solve you problem.
Since the report of Endoscopy is more than a year old that showed problems like hyperemia and mucosal atrophy in antrum and body of stomach with RUT positive it is mandatory to have review endoscopy and related tests to know whether the condition is same improved or worsened and get treated accordingly.
If the atrophic gastritis persists and shows on biopsy it is said to be precancerous.

I hope I have answered your questions and this answer helps you in proper diagnosis and management.
Wishing you all the best.
Take care.
