Is This A Concern I Have IBS?

Question: I have ibs, I had a diarrhea attack Friday and went 4 or 5 times and 2 more times on Saturday. Then I did not have any movement again until Tuesday afternoon. When I went most of the movement was a medium brown and soft but there were a couple hard round balls of very dark brown mixed in it. Is this a concern?

Hello,
I read your query and here is my advice.

I think this is a cause of concern. I think it is part of IBS . Having diarrhea and using any treatment for it may lead to lack of bowel movements for 1-2 days and hard feces.
You can take probiotics such yovita or enterogermina to re-establish the intestinal flora.
If the constipation gets worse you can write here again.
