Is This A Mole Or Hpv ?
See detail bellow
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question. Hope I can be of help to you today. According to the picture attached that you sent, it looks more like genital HPV that causes Bowenoid Papulosis but it also can be a mole. In particular, superficial basal cell lesions are difficult to differentiate clinically and dermoscopically from each other. Is it papule (raise) or flat? How long do you have it? Does it grow bigger? Do you have any high risk of HPV? If you are concerned the good diagnosis is a skin biopsy.
I hope that It can help you, and please let me know if you have any clarification or questions about that, and I would be welcome to discuss it with you further. I hope you have good health.
Best regards,

Hello,
Thank you again for your question. Normally bowenoid papulosis is a papule raise that you can feel. Flat and smooth mostly like a mole. But if you are so concerned, make sure you should see a doctor. Your doctor may need to do a physical examination if he or she suspects they may do a biopsy.
Wish you and you good health. Let me know if I can assist you further.
