Brief Answer:
Give 2.5ml 3 times daily

Detailed Answer:
Hi ,

I guess she is suffering from cold, and there is no fever or cough.

T-minic syrup contains 2mg CPM and 5mg phenyephrine/5ml. For a 1.5 years old, 2.5ml would be sufficient, and you can give 3 times daily for 3-5 days.

A single dose of 5ml will not cause any harm to her apart from a slight sleepiness for a while- no need to worry.

I hope this answer will help
