Brief Answer:
Seems to be herpes, answer few questions
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it seems to be herpes.
I need to ask you few questions:
Is this rash in the form of blisters or solid bumps?
Are they associated with pain or burning?
Is this the first episode?
Are you sexually active?
If yes is there any history of similar complaints in your partner?
Kindly revert with the answers.

I had sex outside of my 4 year relationship and despite using a condom I'm sure I have contracted herpes. My partner is at no risk as we haven't had sex since this happened. This is the first episode and I didn't notice the blisters until the burst stage where they slightly stung to the touch
