Based on the facts and photographs that you have posted the painless lesion on glans penis that you have is most likely to be Primary Syphilis .or Herpes infection .

I shall be happy if you can post me more details to help me in making precise comments
1) Did you have unprotected (either vaginal or Oral )sex with unknown female .?
2) If Yes ,What was the interval it was noticed after the sexual encounter ?
3) Is there any discharge from the lesion .?

The lesion that is noticed is most likely to be Soft Chancre and needs to be confirmed by microscopic examination of a material obtained after scraping the lesion and clinical examination in person by a qualified Sexual Disease Specialist .
