Is This Normal? Ive Had Two Doctors Look At It

Question: Is this normal? Ive had two doctors look at it so far. my family practinior who did STD testing after noticing shedding around the penis head, but all tests came back negative. So, he gave some medice for jerking off which was causing burning urination. Not satisfied, I had a dermatalogist look at it, he saw thr shedding around the penis also, but gave me some sort jock is cream and said ill be fine. Not satisfied, im trying my luck here after years later. Maybe a urologist can take a look?
Brief Answer:
What exactly have you tried?
Detailed Answer:
Hi Jubbar,
I am sorry to hear about your troubles. To me it looks like balanitis, i.e. an inflammation of the foreskin. What exact medications have you tried? I would typically recommend fucidine or clotrimazol ointments for a few days.

Hi Dr. Anders.
Thank you very much for rightfully diagnosing my condition. I looked up the term you mentioned and related pictures on google and it appears to be my trouble. I can’t remember the name of the first medicine that family doctor prescribed, but the second one prescribed was hydrocortisone (actually Doctor had some on hand). I bought some over the counter jock itch cream from Walgreens. But again no one had given it the right name as you have, and the medicines you mentioned never have been mentioned to me before.
I don’t know how to go about getting those medicines. Again sir, I’m very happy with your diagnosis!
Please advise of next steps! Thank you.
