Is this normal? Is there any remedy available? I"m 26 years old women.

Brief Answer:
Moisturizer regularly and topical steroid for 2-4 weeks
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your query and noted your concern.
Your skin of hands seems extremely dry and flaky. Of course frequent hand washing would have aggravated it. I advice you to use a good moisturiser like Venusia or Olesoft cream at least twice daily and everytime after hand wash. In addition I suggest you to use a topical potent topical steroid cream e.g either clobetasol propionate 0.05 % cream or Betamethasone dipropionate 0.05% cream twice daily for quick symptomatic relief.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
Thanks.
