Brief Answer:
Thyroglobulin

Detailed Answer:
I see.

Thyroglobulin and the antibodies can be challenging things to interpret in thyroid management.

These tests are run only in very specific situations and if done outside of these limited circumstances, they can be hard to interpret and have little value, if any.

For example, thyroglobulin levels are tested in patients suspected of a condition called 'Transient Thyroiditis'. This is associated with high levels in addition to several other clinical and laboratory abnormalities such as as neck pain and raised thyroid hormone blood levels. There is typically no role of thyroglobulin antibodies here.

Another example is when a person has had thyroid cancer and the entire thyroid has been removed, we check that patients' thyroglobulin quantitatively along with anti-thyroglobulin antibodies. This is one way of monitoring the cancer.

I have noted your levels. I suggest you meet with an endocrinologist in-person and undergo a comprehensive evaluation that would also include a thorough physical examination.
