Brief Answer:
No need to worry.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
It is quite normal for children to have a tight foreskin or prepuce. It is not a cause for concern and needs to intervention. Manual manipulation should help in loosening it. Unless there are significant problems you need not go for circumcision.
Let me know if I could help further.
Regards

Thanks Doctor!
what I understand is: No need to go for surgery and balloon will be normal during urine as my son grow up!"
if this is the case then any exercise or external medicine need to use? Any suggestions!

Brief Answer:
To and fro movement of foreskin needs to be done regularly.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.
* You need to regularly manually manipulate the foreskin moving it to and fro (without using much force). Gradually it will ease out. No surgery (circumcision) will be required. If it does not become freely XXXXXXX circumcision may be subsequently required.
* External medicines will not help. You may use some topical antibiotics like mupirocin if there is development of redness. If such things are frequent, you will need to visit a doctor and get a circumcision done.
